# What are the shipping times for product orders?

## Learn when your order is shipped and how long delivery usually takes.

We know how important it is for you (and your clients) to get products quickly.

- **Same-Day Dispatch:** Orders placed **before 12pm (AEST)** are shipped the same day.
- **Orders after 12pm:** Will be shipped the **next business day**.
- **Delivery Times:** Once shipped, products typically take **1–3 business days** to arrive, depending on Australia Post delivery times to your location.

💡 **Tip:** Track your parcel using the Australia Post tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.

### **Steps to Check Delivery Status:**

1. Place your order before 12pm (for same-day shipping).
2. Look out for your shipping confirmation email.
3. Click the tracking link to follow your delivery progress.
4. Expect delivery within 1–3 business days.
