# How do I resend a payment receipt to a client?

## Need to resend a receipt for a completed transaction? You can do this via the client's completed transaction cart.

### Before you resend the receipt

Make sure your client's **email address and mobile number are correct** in their Customer Contact Card. This helps ensure the receipt is sent to the correct contact details.

### Option 1: Resend a receipt from your Calendar

1. Open your **Calendar** and select the completed booking.
2. Tap **View Bill**.
3. Tap the **three dots** in the top-right corner.
4. Select **Resend Payment Receipt**.

### Option 2: Resend a receipt from your Customer List

1. Open your **Customer List** and select the client.
2. Tap **Activity**, then **Past**.
3. Find and select the completed transaction you want to resend the receipt for.
4. Tap the **three dots** in the top-right corner.
5. Select **Resend Payment Receipt**.

That's it! Your client's payment receipt will be resent without needing to process the transaction again.
