How can I provide a client with a quote without booking an appointment?

Need to give a client a price for their services before they decide to book? You can create a quote directly in HUSL without sending them to your Online Booking site.

You can use the Retail Checkout to select the client and services, see the total, and then send the quote to your client.

How to create a quote

  1. Tap the Cart icon in the bottom right.
  2. Tap the pink + button in the bottom right.
  3. Choose the client.
  4. Tap Add Services.
  5. Select the services you want to include in the quote.
  6. Tap Go to Bill.

You'll then see the Retail Checkout showing the services and total price.

Send the quote to your client

You don't need to create an appointment or have the client go through your Online Booking site.

Simply take a screenshot of the Retail Checkout and send it to your client via text, Messenger, WhatsApp or your preferred communication method.

💡 Tip: This is a great way to provide a quick price estimate when a client is enquiring about a colour service, restyle or multiple services before they're ready to book.
