# Why are there already services in the HUSL app?

## Learn why HUSL includes preset services, when they're used, and what happens if you import your services from another booking system.

When you first set up HUSL, you'll notice your account already includes a list of preset services.

These are **default services** that come preloaded in the app to help you get started quickly - especially if you're creating your service menu from scratch.

### Why are preset services included?

The preset services:

- Save time during setup.
- Include **recommended processing times and pricing** based on Australian hair industry guidelines.
- Can be used as a helpful benchmark when reviewing or creating your own service menu.

### Can I edit or remove them?

Yes. If you're not importing your services from another booking system, you can:

1. Tap **Edit** to customise any preset service.
2. Delete any services you don't want.
3. Add your own services to create a menu that suits your business.

### What happens if I import my services?

If HUSL imports your services from **Fresha** or **Client Diary**, the preset services are **automatically removed** and replaced with your imported service list.

This means your HUSL service menu will reflect the services you've already been using in your previous booking system.

> **Tip:** If you've imported your services but notice something is missing or incorrect, contact the HUSL team and we'll be happy to help.
