# Can my client confirm their booking from an SMS reminder?

## Yes! From HUSL app version 3.0.1 onwards, clients can confirm their appointments directly from their SMS or email reminders. Once confirmed, the booking will turn green in your HUSL Calendar so you can easily see which clients have confirmed.

### How does it work?

If you've enabled SMS reminders in your **Client Notification Settings**, your client will receive an SMS reminder with a link to confirm their booking.

To make sure your reminders reach your clients:

- **For SMS reminders:** Make sure you have enough SMS credit and that your client's mobile number is correct in their Customer Contact Card.
- **For email reminders:** Make sure your client's email address is correct in their Customer Contact Card.

Once your client taps the link and confirms, their booking will turn **green in your Calendar**, indicating they've confirmed their appointment.

### What if the booking has been cancelled or changed?

If you or your client cancels or changes an appointment, the original confirmation link will expire.

If your client later opens an old SMS or email reminder and tries to confirm the appointment, they'll be unable to use the expired link.

To help keep everyone informed, make sure you've enabled notifications for booking changes and cancellations in your **Client Notification Settings**. This way, you and your client can receive updates when an appointment is changed or cancelled.

**Tip:** The colour-coded Calendar makes it easy to see which clients have confirmed their bookings at a glance.
