# Can I use Tap to Pay on my iPad with the HUSL app?

## Why Tap to Pay is only available on iPhone—not iPad.

At this stage, **Apple only supports Tap to Pay on iPhone -** not on iPads.

Even though some newer iPads have NFC hardware, they **don’t support the ability to receive Tap to Pay transactions**.   
This feature is exclusive to iPhones and allows them to act as a contactless payment terminal - no extra hardware needed.

### ✅ **What this means for HUSL stylists:**

If you want to accept contactless payments using Tap to Pay on the HUSL app:

1. Use an **iPhone.**
2. Make sure it’s running the latest iOS.
3. Connect your Stripe account by tapping on 'Payments' in HUSL
4. Tap on 'Set up TaptoPay' via your HUSL app settings  
   TIP: Toggle on 'Pass Fees to Customers' for automatic bank fee charge to clients bill

### 💡 **Tip: Want to use your iPad for everything else?**

You can still manage your business, place orders, and run your HUSL shop on your iPad - but just use your iPhone when it comes time to collect payment with Tap to Pay.
